1.1 Asset Ownership & License Transfer

Upon full settlement of invoice balances corresponding to a specific build or pipeline execution, HorizonCoreLabs transfers exclusive worldwide intellectual property rights for the generated graphic deliverables to the commissioning client. HorizonCoreLabs retains non-exclusive rights to store anonymized vector structural nodes for system testing and quality assurance benchmarking.

1.2 Technical Specifications & Revisions

Deliverables are audited against strict technical requirements (e.g., SVG node counts, CMYK FOGRA39 specifications, DPI limits). Revision passes are strictly bound to the scope defined during pipeline initiation. Modifications beyond agreed specifications will incur additional service units.
